Refund Policy
If you need to cancel your order for any reason, email us at info@swiftcables.net before your order has been shipped.
Once your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
A refund can only be sent to the original payment method. If a customer no longer has access to that payment method, then they need to contact the bank or agency for the original payment method to claim the funds after the refund is sent. If customer still has access to account but was issued a different card, the bank or agency will automatically redirect the funds accordingly.
