If you are certain that the order exceeds the Turnaround time of the order. Please contact us immediately just in case we had some internal issue or delays.
Currently Swiftcables is not looking to sponsor any individuals just yet.

Cancellation periods for any order is 48hrs after payment.
Adjustment are also welcome within 48 hours of making the purchase.
Group Buy product adjustment (Only custom cables) are welcome within 1-2 month period.
Order address change are welcome.
For Custom cables adjustment periods is 3 days.
Group Buy item are changeable as long as we do not ship out the goods first.
You will be responsible for the import duties.
These charges will be conducted by custom clearance of your country not Swiftcables.
If the parcel arrives at the destination and the import costs payment is rejected by customers, the shipping company will not deliver the parcel and we will not be able to provide any refund.
Shipping Transit time are fairly quick around 7-10 days.
We do use only DHL Express Exclusively for insurance and delivery speed at fair priced.
In case of lost of parcel, Please file a claim with the shipping courier immediately to get resolution as soon as possible.
Damaged Goods will be handled by Swiftcables, Please contact customer service immediately.
